Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Live-Sync Mastery, an online learning platform that connects students with live, expert-led course sessions delivered by independent trainers ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using Live-Sync Mastery, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), or that you are using the Service under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized company representative, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Live-Sync Mastery provides an online platform where students can discover, enroll in, and attend live, instructor-led course sessions ("Sessions") organized into scheduled cohorts ("Batches"). Sessions are delivered by independent trainers and industry practitioners. We do not guarantee that any specific course, trainer, or session will remain available indefinitely, and we may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Course Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment in a course or batch is confirmed only upon successful payment through the Service's supported payment methods. Prices, schedules, and batch capacity are displayed at the time of enrollment and are subject to change prior to your enrollment being confirmed. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. You are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time; access to a batch does not guarantee a specific outcome, certification, or employment result.

5. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Share your account access or session links with individuals who are not enrolled.
• Record, redistribute, or resell session content without written permission.
• Harass, abuse, or disrupt trainers or fellow students during live sessions.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Live-Sync Mastery name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are the property of Live-Sync Mastery and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Trainer/Instructor Content

Course materials, session content, and instructional methods are created and delivered by independent trainers and remain the intellectual property of the respective trainer unless otherwise agreed. Live-Sync Mastery does not independently verify every claim made by trainers during sessions and is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any specific course content. Trainers are independent parties and not employees or agents of Live-Sync Mastery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live-Sync Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of income, missed sessions due to technical issues, or reliance on course content. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course or batch giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for sessions already attended or completed, and outstanding obligations (including payment obligations) survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Jakarta, Indonesia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
